This is the head of "nessie" , the whole carving was made in three parts,head, tail and middle, the middle being a water jump for a horse  jumping event

These two bears are acrobats, But they could easily be standing one on top of the other totem pole style, any size and combination of bears you choose,up to a total of 12 foot
